MS, Oceanography, Old Dominion University, VA (1975)

Since recently retiring from 37 years in public service, I am taking this opportunity to update my personal knowledge of oceanography and gain insight to the physical oceanographic issues that affect us all. My specific research interest will be defined over the next 12 to 18 months.
