Example solution for single species single population model (abalone1)

This example activates all infection mechanisms but at different rates. The simulation begins with 100 susceptible animals and one infected animal. The simulation runs for 100 days.

As a diagnostic, the infection rate for the three different processes are calculated from the model solution. The lines represent the particle infection rate (solid line), the infected contact infection rate (dashed line) and the dead infected contact infection rate (dot-dashed line).
