Current Projects
-
Hydrography and Circulation on the west side of the Antarctic
Peninsula.
-
Circulation, sea ice and nutrient processes in the Ross Sea. A focus
is the effect of meso-scale ocean processes on the
distribution of iron and its effect on primary production.
-
Circulation in the Southern Ocean with a coupled
ocean/sea-ice/atmosphere/land model to analyze the influence
of the ocean on melting of Antarctic ice shelves.
-
Individual based models of genetics for oysters including gene
transfer between sub-populations
-
Biological and economic model of harvesting of surf clams in the
northern Middle Atlantic Bight.
-
Growth, Disease, Reproduction and Harvesting of Oysters (C. virginica
and C. gigas).
-
Growth, Disease, Reproduction and Harvesting of Clams (Mercenaria sp.,
